In accordance with the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEx”), Huayi Tencent Entertainment Company Limited (the “Company”) commenced the transition to a paperless system with effective from 31 December 2023 in order to improve efficiency and minimize our environmental impact.

Understanding the New Requirement
The Company will primarily disseminate Corporate Communications¹ through electronic means.

Accessing Corporate Communications Electronically
The Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar of the Company, Tricor Tengis Limited (“Tricor Tengis”) will notify shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholder”) about the availability of such documents on the Company and HKEx websites. This notification will be sent by email if the Shareholder has provided an email address to the Tricor Tengis, otherwise, it will be sent by post.

Requesting Printed Copies
If Shareholders wish to receive a printed copy of Corporate Communications, we are pleased to provide the following options to request a printed copy, free of charge, from Tricor Tengis:

By phone: Please contact the Customer Service Hotline of Tricor Tengis at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

By email: Please submit your request online through the email is-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com.

By mail: Please send your request by mail to the address of Tricor Tengis at 17/F., Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Modifying the Method of Receiving Future Corporate Communications
Shareholders are given the option to notify Tricor Tengis at any time to modify their preferred language or method of receiving the Corporate Communications, and this service is provided free of charge. If you wish to receive the Corporate Communications directly via email, kindly provide your preferred email address to Tricor Tengis. By doing so, you will ensure the prompt receipt of all updates and notifications.
